Whipped Custard Topping
Ingredients
Egg yolks (8)
Vanilla (1 tbsp.)
Nutmeg (just a pinch)
Sugar (8 tbsp.)
How to Prepare
Beat the egg yolks, vanilla, sugar and nutmeg together on medium to medium-high speed for 8 – 10 minutes.
Until it becomes creamy and foamy.
Serve on your favorite hot coffee beverage. Enjoy!
