Whipped Custard Topping

Ingredients

  • Egg yolks (8)

  • Vanilla (1 tbsp.)

  • Nutmeg (just a pinch)

  • Sugar (8 tbsp.)

How to Prepare

  1. Beat the egg yolks, vanilla, sugar and nutmeg together on medium to medium-high speed for 8 – 10 minutes.

  2. Until it becomes creamy and foamy.

  3. Serve on your favorite hot coffee beverage. Enjoy!
