The Sgroppino Puglian Style Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. vanilla gelato

  • 1 oz. limoncello

  • 1 oz. heavy cream

  • 2 oz. Prosecco

How to Prepare

  1. Add 6 oz. vanilla gelato, 1 oz. limoncello, and 1 oz. heavy cream to a mixing glass. Break up the gelato a bit before blending everything with an immersion blender. (You can use a normal blender as well.) 

  2. Add 2 oz. Prosecco to the mixing glass and stir everything well. 

  3. Transfer to your glass of choice, serve, and enjoy!
