Rosemary Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 8- 10 Sprigs of Rosemary

  • 3 cups of  Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Rosemary

How to Prepare

  1. Add three cups of olive oil to a medium sized sauce pan.

  2. Heat to 180 degrees.

  3. Use a candy thermometer for 5-6 minutes.

  4. Low heat to set.

  5. Put a fresh sprig of rosemary into the bottle.

  6. Use a funnel to transfer the olive oil to your bottle.

  7. Put a cork in the bottle and add a label with the date. Enjoy!
