Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1/2 cup hot espresso

  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground clove

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • 3 tablespoons real maple syrup

  • Whipped cream (for topping)

  • Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)

How to Prepare

  1. Start by warming up 2 cups of whole milk in a saucepan over low-medium heat.

  2. Add 3 tablespoons of real maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, and 1/2 cup of hot espresso to the milk.

  3. Stir gently to combine the flavors.

  4. Add 4 tablespoons of pumpkin puree to the mixture.

  5. Enhance the aroma and flavor with 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon of clove, 1/8 teaspoon of Ginger, and 1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground nutmeg.

  6. Using an immersion blender, mix the ingredients for about 30-40 seconds until the mixture is well combined and frothy.

  7. Pour the pumpkin latte into your favorite mugs, leaving some space at the top.

  8. Top each latte with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

  9. For a decorative touch, insert a cinnamon stick into the side of each mug.
