Limoncello Spritzer

Ingredients

• 1 part limoncello

• 3 parts Prosecco

• Lemon peel, for garnish

How to Prepare

1. Fill a stemless wine glass with ice. 

2. Add 1 part limoncello and 3 parts Prosecco to the glass. 

3. Twist the lemon peel over the drink to express the oils and run it around the rim of the glass before dropping it into the cocktail.

4. Give it a quick stir, and enjoy!
