Hot Spicy Chili Pepper Oil

Ingredients

  • 1/3 lbs Peppers (Any kind: Long Hots, Green Hots, Red Hots)

  • 4 cloves of Garlic 

  • 3 tbsp. Pink Himalayan Salt 

  • 3/4 of cup of vinegar  

  • Vito and Joes Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How to Prepare

  1. Chopped Peppers 1/4 inch

  2. Chopped all peppers

  3. Bigger peppers cut in half

  4. Remove seeds

  5. Place Pepper flesh into large bowl

  6. Chopped bottom of Garlic off

  7. Peal Garlic

  8. Chopped Garlic into thin slices

  9. Mix Garlic with Peppers in bowl

  10. Add 3 tbsp. of Pink Himalayan Salt in bowl

  11. Stir Peppers, Garlic and Salt

  12. Let set overnight

  13. Stir every hour or two

  14. Place plate on top of bowl and let set overnight

  15. Drain Moisture from bowl with Peppers, Garlic and Salt out and throw away

  16. Put Peppers and Garlic into clean bowl

  17. Add 3/4 cup of vinegar

  18. Stir and let sit for few minutes

  19. Pick Peppers and Garlic flesh out and place into jar (No seeds)

  20. Add Vito and Joes Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  21. Keep Oil above Peppers

  22. Mix and let sit for a minimum of 2 hours
