Bellini: Italian Cocktail
Ingredients
2 small jars of peach puree or baby food
1 tsp. sugar
1 peach, sliced into small wedges
Bottle of Proseco, chilled
How to Prepare
Add peach puree or baby food and 1. tsp. sugar to a small bowl. Mix together.
Add 2 tbsp. each of the peach puree and sugar mixture to a Champagne flute and top with Proseco.
Add a peach wedge for garnish, and enjoy!
